2008 Produce Availability

Each year, Birds Haven Farms returns with customers’ old favorites—including some types of heirloom produce, but also tries new varieties of fresh vegetables, fruit, and flowers.  The following is a listing of what is intended for planting in 2008, along with the estimated harvest time and estimated length of production time.  All farm produce is subject to local weather conditions and the whims of nature.
